Casanova White Balsamic Vinegar

Made in Italy from 100% trebbiano grapes to obtain its pretty straw-yellow color, Casanova’s white balsamic vinegar has a luxuriously thick consistency. Cooked under vacuum conditions to preserve its clear hue, it’s aged in oak-wood barrels for a sweet vanilla flavor with a hint of acidity. An artisan balsamic, use it to add a delicious tang to crudites, seafood, white meats and more. With its natural sweetness, it also works well on fruity desserts.
