Biscotti Tsoungari Petit Four Coconut and Apricot Cookies

A fusion of flavors come together in these delicate, bite-sized petit four cookies. Apricot jam is nestled between two soft and buttery cookies to create a sweet sandwich that is then dipped in silky milk chocolate and dusted with coconut flakes. Originally founded as an ice cream shop in Greece in 1936, family-owned Biscotti Tsoungari expanded into pastries over 40 years ago and never looked back.
