Aloe variegata 'Pheasant Breast' is one of the most well known of South African aloes. It is a dwarf, slow growing succulent with spotted white and green leaves resembling the breast of a pheasant.
-Stays below 1' tall
-Drought resistant, retains moisture in thick foliage.
-Low maintenance.
-Requires abundant light: bright, indirect.
-Allow the soil to slightly dry between watering.
-Blooms of red, orange and yellow.
-Pollinator friendly if outdoors in proper temperatures, hummingbirds like it too!
-Unlike some aloes, not pet friendly.
